Membership Plans – Bronze

This plan is designed for the property requiring minimal initial maintenance, and also to support the Gold Plan or Silver Plan with annual inspections once the required maintenance for these plans has been executed. The Bronze Plan is accessible on the web with a password for each customer and a security code for each property.

The Bronze Plan:  Consists of the following:

1. Executive Summary Report.
2. 25 Point Inspection Report
3. A detailed scaled drawing of the site.
• If the lot or roadway is over 100,000 sq. ft., there will be an overall view drawing, and then this drawing will be presented in sections to keep the scale consistent and readable.
4. A documented picture gallery of your property.
5. Suggested work scope with a written report.

The Bronze Plan provides an annual site inspection and can be applied to the Gold Plan or Silver Plan as well.

Pricing for this plan is determined based on the size, location, and condition of the property.
