This one time charge premium plan is designed for the pavement owner who needs to understand the costs and risks of his pavement for a specific property.  As with the Silver and Bronze plans, all inspections will be accessible on the website with a private password for each customer and a security code for each property.

The Gold Plan:  Consists of the following:

1. Executive Summary Report.
2. 100 Point Inspection List.
3. Detailed scaled drawing of the paving, complete with existing elevations and drainage patterns.
• If the lot or roadway is over 100,000 sq. ft., there will be an overall view drawing, and then this drawing will be presented in sections to keep the scale consistent and readable.
4. A documented picture gallery of your property which will correspond to the locations indicated on the drawing(s).
5. ADA analysis to verify your parking lot is within code.
6. Drainage concerns & potential trip hazards.
7. Pavement core samples.
8. A timeline of the pavement life expectancy.
9. Suggested work scope with a written report.

After the initial set up and owner investment for the Gold Plan each property will automatically be transferred to the Bronze Plan, which includes an annual inspection at a lower cost – the reason being that a significant amount of the upfront work in the Gold Plan will only have to be completed once.

The Gold Plan will also be offered to owners of projects recently completed by ASI at the Silver Plan price, as ASI will have already obtained a significant amount of the required information during construction.

If you are considering the Gold Plan over the Silver Plan, you are actually deciding to have your pavement cored.

By coring your existing asphalt & aggregate, it will provide useful information on the conditions of the pavement & its expected life span.  If you are considering a reconstruction project, this information is recommended to determine the construction procedure best suited for your project needs.
