ASI finished strong
in the fall of 2007. We were fortunate to be awarded
major projects such as:

Park (Oakland County)
2007 was a record year for Asphalt
Specialists. ASI had the most active season ever
outside the state of Michigan, providing its services
to many locations in Ohio, Indiana, & Illinois.
In wrapping up the season, we
were able to meet a customer's very specific needs
of paving in the time frame between Christmas
& New Year's at Tractor Supply Company
in Brighton MI. Our pulverizers enabled us to
break apart the existing frost to provide a uniform
base prior to paving.
A very special thanks goes out
to ALL (employees and customers
alike) who made such a great year possible through
good communication, hard work, determination,
and sincere mutual loyalty.
2008 appears to be shaping up
even stronger. Our Sales Team continues to work
with all our existing customers while developing
some excellent relationships with new referrals
& contacts.
In continuing our determined emphasis
& focus on Safety, we will dedicate an entire
week in March for training all departments individually.
During the winter months, our
Garage personnel will have their hands full -
all our "yellow iron" field equipment will be
examined for wear & tear, and receive repair and
a major overhaul to insure reliability & safety
for the upcoming paving season.
For the spring of '08 we are fortunate
in having been awarded contracts for many new
projects as we continue working on new business
development.
