As with any essential program, leadership from a focused, engaged, and motivated individual is the key to success. Adam Wilberding has been developing, directing, and refining ASI’s Safety Program for over a decade, and has led our company to one of the best safety records in the industry.
- Presently, ASI’s workers compensation rating is 0.88 with a goal of 0.80 by 2008.
- Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory at ASI with random drug testing throughout the year. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for drugs.
- Our paving foremen are evaluated on their crews’ safety records in addition to other criteria such as leadership abilities, quality of product, and overall customer satisfaction.
- ASI offers the Smith System driving program to its employees and their families to improve driving skills and traffic awareness.
