Membership Plans – Silver

This plan has a one time charge designed for the pavement owner who understands the cost and importance of pavement maintenance.  This plan will be accessible on the web with a private password for each customer and a security code for each specific property.

The Silver Plan:  Consists of the following:

1. Executive Summary Report.
2. 100 Point Inspection List.
3. Detailed scaled drawing of the pavement, complete with existing elevations and drainage patterns.
• If the lot or roadway is over 100,000 sq. ft., there will be an overall view drawing, and then this drawing will be presented in sections to keep the scale consistent and readable.
4. A documented picture gallery of your property which will correspond to the locations indicated on the drawing(s).
5. ADA analysis to verify your parking lot is within code.
6. Drainage concerns & potential trip hazards.
7. A timeline of the pavement life expectancy.
8. Suggested work scope with a written report.

After the initial set up and owner investment for the Silver Plan, each property will be transferred to the Bronze Plan, which includes an annual inspection at a lower cost.

The Silver Plan is the same as the Gold Plan, but without the coring service.

Pricing for this plan is determined based on the size, location, and condition of a property.
